Shipping policy
Production time Every order is made for you. Confections take a minimum of 5 business days to produce. Housewares and furniture take a minimum of 15 business days. Some items have their own timing, and we note it on the product page when they do.
Large Gift Society orders take longer. We'll confirm your turnaround time when you place the order.
Need your order by a specific date? Add a note to your order and we'll reach out to coordinate.
Where we ship
- Confections ship to South Carolina addresses only.
- Housewares ship to the lower 48 states.
- Furniture is available in South Carolina only, for pickup or site delivery.
Shipping We ship by standard delivery with FedEx or USPS. Transit takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. We'll email you the tracking information as soon as it's on its way.
Shipping cost Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going. Orders over $125 ship free. From time to time we offer free shipping at a lower amount, and any current offer is shown at checkout.
Furniture site delivery Site delivery is available in South Carolina. The fee is based on one-way driving distance from St. Stephen, SC:
- Up to 13 miles: $40
- 14 to 20 miles: $60
- 21 to 50 miles: $150
- 51 to 100 miles: $300
- Over 100 miles: quoted individually
Installation is not included. Furniture pieces can be heavy, so please have someone available to help with offloading and placement.
Local pickup Pickup is available in Irmo (for confections) and the St. Stephen area (for furniture and confections). Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange the pickup location and time.
