What is Marshmallow Release?

Marshmallow release is our secret recipe of shortening, cocoa butter, and dusting powders blended into a super smooth paste. We use a thin coating of this silky spread on our marshmallow molds to keep things just a bit less sticky.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in SC. All of our confections are made in our Irmo Studio and our Artisan in Residence collections are cut, milled, and crafted in our Lowcountry studio.
