Imagine the most brilliant Lowcountry sunset with a frosty piña colada in hand. It’s icy against the lingering heat, but there’s a crisp snap in the air as a South Carolina fall evening settles in—hot enough for sitting barefoot in the sand, too cool to brave the ocean, and just right for lighting a driftwood fire. You sip your coconut‑infused cocktail, taste the salt on your lips, and suddenly you’re standing in that perfect in‑between moment where summer exhales and fall steps forward. That’s the memory we bottled.

We took the spirit of our Bare Minimum caramel and rebuilt it from the ground up—lighter, smoother, and entirely dairy‑free without sacrificing an ounce of indulgence. The Driftwood is a velvet‑pale caramel inspired by a freshly combed Lowcountry beach: rich coconut cream as the foundation, flecks of vanilla bean woven throughout, a whisper of smoky salt for depth, and a crown of crunchy salt flakes for that final coastal crunch.

It’s our ode to the end of a Lowcountry summer and a warm‑hearted welcome to fall. Whoever said going vegan meant lowering your standards has clearly never met us. Around here, we don’t do the bare minimum for anyone.
