Before I was specifying ergonomic floor plans for ISCO, I was standing on a stool in a kitchen that smelled of toasted sugar and citrus. ISCO isn’t just a parent company; it’s named after my Nanny—the woman who taught me that a lemon pie should be tart enough to make you blink and sweet enough to make you stay.

"The Nanny Zest" is my homage to her original blueprint. It’s that same high-altitude meringue and sun-bright lemon, reimagined as a marshmallow for the modern traveler.
I’ve updated the "spec" slightly—adding a bit of "Cool Aunt" whimsy to the heirloom tradition—but the heart of it is exactly how she made it. It’s sharp, it’s soulful, and it’s the best advice you’ll ever taste. 🕊️

Marshmallow release is our secret recipe of shortening, cocoa butter, and dusting powders blended into a super smooth paste. We use a small coating of this concoctions on our marshmallow molds to keep things just a bit less sticky.

Our products are manufactured in SC. All of our confections are made in our Irmo Studio and our Artisan in Residence collections are cut, milled, and crafted in our Lowcountry studio.
